Add a category to the parsers table and update !help to do categories first #439

!help is getting out of control. We should add a category field to the parsers table (maybe leave it as text and we can clean it up on the backend, default to blank/uncategorized).
Then update the !help parser to display categories and then people can say !help reacts to list the react parsers etc.
