   Yes it's works but ths implementation not, i would like to have same implementation.

   Had the same issue that I fixed by changing the offset used in the uuid comparison code:

       private BluetoothAdapter.LeScanCallback mLeScanCallback = new BluetoothAdapter.LeScanCallback() {
   
           @Override
           public void onLeScan(final BluetoothDevice device, final int rssi,
                   final byte[] scanRecord) {
   
               runOnUiThread(new Runnable() {
                   @Override
                   public void run() {
                       byte[] serviceUuidBytes = new byte[16];
                       String serviceUuid = "";
                       for (int i = 32 - 6, j = 0; i >= 17 - 6; i--, j++) {   // <--- HERE
                           serviceUuidBytes[j] = scanRecord[i];
                       }
