This was discussed a month or two ago but I forgot to create an issue:

Add a function that turns a JSON-serialised Project (from python-RAT/RasCAL-2) to a RAT projectClass. This will encourage migration to RasCAL-2 and act as a workaround while we deal with the various engine issues (e.g. RascalSoftware/RasCAL-2#60)
