AIRAC cycles take effect every 28 days on a Thursday, and the NATS and open flightmaps sources publish weeks beforehand, so a daily poll mostly re-read an already-checked cycle. A Monday poll still picks up the next cycle within a week of every source having it, and the cycle in effect is checked at most four days after it takes effect.

Comments still described the old daily polling ("every day", "daily", "quiet day"). They now say "poll", which holds for the new schedule. Report artifacts keep 90 days, longer than any gap between runs, so retention is unchanged.
