$PSNativeCommandUseErrorActionPreferenceis an experimental feature in 7.3+, its likely it was never added to be excluded from that ruleChristoph Bergmeister (@bergmeister) is there a list of variables that this rule ignores that this could be added to?

The feature is no longer experimental.
