Update Windows volume live while dragging the iOS slider #14

Currently, Windows volume only changes after releasing the slider. I would like Windows volume to follow the iPad slider continuously while dragging.

The current onVolumeDuringDrag callback only calls applyChatBalance, which updates local state without sending volume changes to Windows.

Could we add rate-limited live updates, for example every 50 ms, skipping duplicate values and ensuring the final value is sent last? Existing chat balance and mute behavior should remain intact.
