PHP 8.1+ deprecation notice on the hidden Submissions page #109

The Submissions page is registered and then removed from the menu with remove_submenu_page(), so it has no page title. On PHP 8.1+ WordPress core's admin-header.php emits strip_tags(): Passing null to parameter #1 (visible with WP_DEBUG display on). Setting a title for the screen (for example via the admin_title filter or the global $title) avoids it.
