Does this happen when you just launch pob or only with a specific build? If it's a build issue could you provide a link to it?

This is just incompatibility when trying to import 3.28 PoE build (from beta PoB) to current PoB(2.60 - release version) - I also did that...
solution: Enable beta versions in Options and update PoB as there is only beta version for 3.28 for now.
