Tavukai's Chaos resistance modifier.. can't be modified #8422

Check version

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Value should be -17 to +17 Chaos resistance applied to all Minions (see screenshot below)

When you mouse-over the item before selecting it, it will show the modifier exists. After you double-click on Tavukai to add it and customize it, the modifier is not there. It is not initially visible there because values of 0 are ignored at first look. But the real problem is that the modifier is missing as a function on the item properties, therefore non-amendable.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new unique amulet: Tavukai.
2. Check the modifiable modifiers.
