please update SimpleGraphic.dll and support UTF8 #5632

POB currently cannot input languages other than english。

update SimpleGraphic.dll.
The new version of SimpleGraphic.dll seems to be able to support utf8.

I copy the SimpleGraphic.dll of https://github.com/tzw28/PathOfBuildingCN17173/blob/main/SimpleGraphic.dll to this project, and then I can input Chinese normally.
