Formatting issue in db/schema.rb:14:1 on make test #374

What is the current behavior?
When running make test,

@hollomancer - I just tested this off of master, and all is good. You'll just need to delete that extra line in
schema.rbthat was created. Your editor might have mistakenly created an extra line.You can run
make rubocopto test RuboCop, exclusively.Pls confirm, and we can close this issue.

I have confirmed that running
make setupconsistently adds and extra line todb/schema.rband adds an untracked file calledtest/cassettes/user_test/military_status_accepts_valid_states.ymlon my system. I'm on master 8fbb035
