NEEPMeat compatibility (Fabric 1.20.1): its vascular network charges turret bases, at 1 eJ = 1 E, served before NEEPMeat's own machines and only up to what the base's energy accepts.

  • The behaviour lives in OMLib (FabricNeepMeatPower, NEEPMeat vascular power charges the transfer hosts (Fabric 1.20.1) OMLib#28); the omlib pointer names that branch's commit eab13fc and must move to OMLib's 1.20.1+ once the OMLib PR merges.
  • NEEPMeat is modCompileOnly, plus modLocalRuntime with GeckoLib and their nested jars for the dev runs and game tests; neepmeat is under suggests in fabric.mod.json.
  • Game tests (1.20.1-fabric only): a vascular network charges a base in whole ticks of the emitter's power; a base claims only what its energy accepts (demand hint, influx taken, listener notified when full).
  • The Sable exclusion on the game test classpath now applies only on nodes that have Sable.
  • CHANGELOG, README, CLAUDE.md and docs/architecture.md updated.

Checked: chiseledBuild on all nodes; runenv boot checks on all six nodes (1.20.1-fabric with NEEPMeat and GeckoLib).

… (Fabric 1.20.1)

OMLib (omlib eab13fc, branch 1.20.1+-neepmeat) makes every transfer host an active sink of
NEEPMeat's vascular network when NEEPMeat is installed (1 eJ = 1 E, only what the energy still
accepts). NEEPMeat is suggested in fabric.mod.json, never bundled; on the 1.20.1-fabric node it
is compile-only for the game test (NeepMeatGameTests, src/gametest/mc1.20.1-1.20.1; the other nodes drop
it from the entrypoints) and in the dev runs and on the game test server with the mods nested
in its jar and GeckoLib.

GeckoLib's Modrinth jar nests mclib, which Loom leaves out of its remapped copy like NEEPMeat's
nested mods; without it the dev client's resource reload failed (NoClassDefFoundError in
GeckoLib's JsonUtil), and with it every language file. Its nested jars are extracted too.

The game test expected an active sink, which would drain the whole
vascular network with priority; OMLib's branch makes them plain sinks.
