Description

Add some sort of continuous integration tests and versioning to ensure the library testing script is working before merging pull requests and possibly breaking all of the OpenModelica library testing.

    Also add a step to validate generated HTML files, see #50.

    Added with #53, #55 and #56.
    The HTML test is very very basic, but enough for now.
