Add support for TestCase annotation #43
Description
Would you consider adding support for the standardised TestCase annotation in scope?
This would enable testing packages like https://github.com/xogeny/XogenyTest, which uses those annotations in its test suite (although an old draft form, apparently), and would also allow other packages to use TestCase in their test suite (e.g. to define tests that should fail).

I think the test scripts need a function similar to
getExperimentto get a list of models withTestCaseand if they are expected to fail or pass. That needs to be added to the compiler itself. Afterwards the update of the test scripts are probably easy.I added a rough estimate within my planning project.
