Latest nightly build - Windows 10 - New Dark Mode Feature working except black text on black background. #2565

Describe the bug

I am sure this is going to be a common complaint and it might have already been posted I did search before posting and searching.

This update did fix my white File Edit View Tools white background in Explorer issue (thank you) but you have to have the Classic Bar Enabled (which is fine) I can edit that bar - the only issue is the text is black still from the white tool bar so you have a black on black hard to read issue. Image of the issue included.

I am willing test any changes you want me to make to see if I can fix it.

To reproduce

1. Use latest nightly build
2. Open an explorer window using Dark Mode
3. Enable Classic Explorer Bar
4. Observe the cool black bar covering the old white one but with Black text still as seen in the image.

Expected behavior

Allow user to select text color for this window in the options screen so it can cover all the possible errors for everyone using custom colors or Windows 10 Dark Mode.
