Version 202 : Open program location in right click open link location. #2564

Describe the bug
Hi,
Tested version 4_4_202 and found that the "open location" option when right-clicking on a program in the start menu opens the link location and not the program location anymore.

I traced the regression to the opencontaining path introduced in 1e7a52a.
SHOpenFolderAndSelectItems currently receives the shortcut PIDL, so Explorer selects the .lnk instead of its target.
I prepared a minimal fix that resolves BHID_LinkTargetItem on the worker STA, obtains the target PIDL, and falls back to the original PIDL for non-links or unresolved links:

The exact source file passed MSVC compilation and an isolated Shell-link resolution test. The Windows 11 VM probe did not complete, so I am not claiming full UI verification yet.
