Replace Start Button - Custom #2431

Describe the bug
ticking Replace Start Button, works for Aero, works for Classic - even though the button overlaps the search box,
But for Custom - Pick Image no browse box appears, the app slooooows and the screen flickers... until i untick Replace.
this is a fresh install of Win 11. all defaults.
i only installed start-menu option from your installer options.

To reproduce
- install win 11.
- install open-shell. (just start-menu)
- try and use own image for start button.
Expected behavior
A explorer-type box to appear so i can browse to my images, choose one, click on Accept, and have that as the start image.

Same problem here, but only, it seems, on Windows 11 as against Windows 10.
#2372 seems a duplicate. This problem (2431, 2372) looks to be a special case of #2426.
Seemingly the links that RogerYao-Dev has posted are links to a (single?) further program that . . fixes the problem with this program, i.e. with Open-Shell.
