On EL9/EL10 the nfs class fell back to RedHat.yaml and tried to create group nfsnobody with GID 65534, which already belongs to the system 'nobody' group (groupadd returns 4). Reuse the RedHat-8 data for 9 and 10.

common::system::mail ran newaliases and chowned /var/spool/postfix to postfix:postfix before postfix::server had installed the package, so a fresh host failed with 'Could not find command /usr/bin/newaliases' and 'Could not find user postfix'. Order those after postfix::server.

}
# postfix::server installs the package that provides newaliases and the
# postfix/postdrop users and groups, so it has to be applied first.
