Remove nmn.Templates from active use

I'm not going to try to summarise the recent Discord discussion about options here, other than to say it's necessary, and at some point it needs to be removed from the Repository entirely.
We agreed that @mikeerickson could attempt to disable it in some way when running migration from it to V2 system.
We should also check documentation for the plugin system and individual plugins too.

It's already disabled. So it's not appearing as download, shall I delete it completely?

@mikeerickson what's the best way to remove nmn.Templates from being built when re-building all plugins -- Whilst still keeping the code in the repository? Rename the plugin.json file to plugin.json.disabled or something?
