DOC: Remove <component> v: from the version selector

Ex:

Lines 3 to 4 in c71ed39

           <span class="fa fa-book"> cuda-bindings</span>

           v: <span id="currentVersion">{{ version }}</span>

Although this would be moot once we switch to the NV theme (#216), which has the built-in version selector support and does not need this hack.

Seems like this can be closed since #216 was closed as merged.
