feat(cli): switch community sandbox registry to CloudFront CDN - #170

Update the default --from registry from ghcr.io/nvidia to the CloudFront distribution so community sandbox images are pulled from the same CDN as other Navigator images.

Custom and community sandbox images may set a non-root USER directive (e.g. USER sandbox), but the side-loaded supervisor binary needs root for network namespace creation, proxy setup, and Landlock/seccomp configuration. - Set runAsUser: 0 in the pod securityContext when supervisor bootstrap mode is active (apply_supervisor_bootstrap) - Auto-detect the image's intended sandbox user at supervisor startup by checking /etc/passwd when no run_as_user is configured in policy - Derive SSH session USER/HOME from the policy's run_as_user instead of hardcoding sandbox//sandbox
