Manual commands are fallback only. Validation: 4 documentation tests, docs check, formatting, diff check and packaging passed. Earlier lint, typecheck and policy checks passed. Full npm run validate reported linked-application test failures and was stopped; full unit and E2E validation are not complete. No runtime changes.
