Reviewed with Astra, xhigh effort, base Two process-contract findings:
The PR groups epics/requirements into slices, adds gate presets and acceptance guides, and documents merge/deploy completion. Updated tracked files and skills coordinate the work while retaining each member's records and gates. The intended outcome is supported, but the execution instructions need the corrections above. Coverage: all 23 changed files plus relevant surrounding rules; REQ-CROSS-562/573/581/586, the delivery-path epic and checked-in design. Citation-auditor tests: 15 passed. Checked 12 relative Markdown paths: none missing. These checks do not establish execution of the companion CLI workflows. REQ-ENG-001–008 are PROPOSED candidates, not governed constraints; their frontend/backend/runtime concerns do not apply to this documentation-only change. |
…istent Review on #40: - The defect and incident light paths let the fix precede entry and RED, but the entry rule, the autopilot RED rule, rdd-build and the completion-review stop list had no matching exception. They now name fix-first as an exception, with the reproduction proof standing as its RED. For an incident the proof is the test failing at the pre-fix revision and passing at the fix, cited in the gap record. - Full verification was required both at closeout (before review) and again after delivery. The one run is now the closeout run, carried to the delivered revision by the existing containment rule; it is re-run there only when containment cannot be shown (squash or rebase). A slice is a named set of Epics and requirements a developer delivers as one package, recorded in a tracked process/slices/<SLICE-id>.md file with no dates. Plan review, entry brief, full verification, independent code review and completion brief run once per slice; red-first runs per connected batch with focused tests per batch. The entry packet's RED strategy names the stages. "Sprint" becomes "slice" and today's "slice" becomes "increment". Adds file-state/SLICE.md; WORK-SELECTION.md is unchanged. REQ-CROSS-562 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A human's answer is applied and the loop continues: the agent stops only at a human gate, a question only a human can answer, or where the user asked it to stop. An applied entry approval lets the build start. Merging, deploying and releasing still need the human's explicit instruction. The autopilot sentence for gate answers stays word for word. Everything shown to the human is plain product language with store jargon at most a trailing breadcrumb, and review findings are walked through one at a time. PROCESS.md names the decision points and what each carries; the project's process/rdd-human-gates.md says who decides. The kit ships a default preset (today's rules, light paths off, marked "kit default, not decided by this project") and an autopilot preset (light paths on, Scope and Expires required); the autopilot grant becomes that preset. Sign-in, payments, existing data and external contracts stay with a person in both, and the incident path keeps sign-in, payments and existing data with a person; an incident counts only when a person's words declaring it are quoted as a USER: source. An agent answer under a rules row carries a disclosure, and the ten residual risks are stated. Adds file-state/HUMAN-GATES.md and presets/. Completion gains an acceptance test step between the delivered-revision check and the completion trace: the agent drafts and completes an acceptance test guide (a tracked file beside the slice file) for a human tester, after the last record edit of the covered scopes. Tester results are acceptance test results naming the tester, environment and tested revision. The project's gate rules decide whether the guide and the tester's sign-off are required; with sign-off required, every criterion not proven by automated tests needs a current tester pass. Adds the rdd-acceptance skill and file-state/ACCEPTANCE-GUIDE.md; rdd-completion-review runs the step. REQ-CROSS-581 (process side) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
EPIC-CLI-DELIVERY-PATH replaced the exact default-branch-tip rule with completion on the path a project declares in process/integration-path.md: merge (the default) or deploy. On merge the fetched default branch must contain every requirement's tested commit wherever the checkout sits; on deploy the deployed commit is named and a deployment run records the environment and smoke checks. Failing, stale, missing or uncontained evidence is refused by name before any write; squash or rebase merges re-run the tests at the merged commit. PROCESS.md §Evidence and completion and rdd-completion-review describe the paths; file-state/INTEGRATION-PATH.md gives the file shape the CLI parser reads. As-built acceptance keeps its exact-tip integration observation, and PROCESS.md and rdd-reverse-engineer now say the declared path does not change it. file-state/HUMAN-GATES.md used «…» placeholders while presets/default.md and presets/autopilot.md use <…>. The shape now uses <…> like the presets; the CLI parser refuses both as placeholders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The slice design (REQ-CROSS-585) has later rounds read the change list the review snapshot carries; the skill now says so, with the closures of earlier findings re-verified and findings and dispositions each recorded in one batch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
