Changes
This also brings the native Forge 1.16.5 port, including persistence, harvest, rendering and migration contracts. It is not a published release.
Apply redstone interlocks before the first power pulse and keep sound broadcasts from loading nearby chunks.
Drain waterlogged blocks through native bucket pickup without destroying their hosts.
Stop stills consuming oil and electricity when the complete output will not fit; bound growth-controller electricity requests.
Keep turbines anchored, sample solar light above the panel, and keep turret beams clear of their own mounting post while respecting cover and range.
Bound GUI indicators and normalize hydroelectric displays without changing electricity production.
Add regression tests and retain the documented qualification limits. Existing versions and accepted build dependency pins are unchanged by this follow-up.

Remaining Limits
Manual rendering, sounds, controls, player interaction and multiplayer acceptance remain separate. Arbitrary modpacks, all resource packs and complete survival progression are not qualified. Machine-fixture migration does not requalify the older broad player/entity matrix on these final jars. Failed and partial receipts remain retained; no tag, release or publication is included.
