ci: add Tramline release workflows - #11

Adds the workflows Tramline triggers for each release build:
.github/workflows/tramline-ios.ymlbuilds, signs with match, and uploads to TestFlight with the version name and build number Tramline sends..github/workflows/tramline-android.ymlbuilds a signed.aaband attaches it as the run's only artifact. Tramline uploads it to Play itself.Both workflows run only on
workflow_dispatchwithtramline-input, so merging this starts no builds. Existing workflows are untouched. Fastlane and Gradle edits only add atramlinelane and optional-PversionCode/-PversionNameoverrides, so current builds behave as before.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
