Parse globalEquipmentRankProbability.xml and read a missing item rank as 0 - #94
Retail rolls the rarity of a dropped item from table/Server/globalEquipmentRankProbability.xml when its drop row names no grade and the item has no fixed rank. The KMS2 client shows the order in ItemDropData::GetDropRank and CItemOptionTable 0x1405f4d30, from MS2Recomp. Nothing parsed the table. The item parser also read a missing rank as 1, so every unranked item looked like an explicit rank="1" and could never roll. The client starts it at 0.
Xml/Table/Server/GlobalEquipmentRankProbability.cs, new: one DropProbability row per npcRank, npcLevel and assistCondition, with the Rare, Elite, Excellent and Legendary percentages. KR and CN replace some npcRank 4 rows, so rows resolve by locale on that key.
ServerTableParser.cs: ParseGlobalEquipmentRankProbability(). Empty cells read as 0, through Sanitizer.RemoveEmpty.
Xml/Item/Property.cs: rank defaults to 0. This changes every consumer. No item in the current data sets rank="0" or a rank above 6, so 0 means only "no rank attribute". PrivateMaple2's one other reader, ItemDropManager.CreateItem, maps 0 to the Normal it got before.
Tests:
TestGlobalEquipmentRankProbability pins 13 rows by XML line under NA and KR. It covers the KR override, column order, 1E-05 and an 18-digit value, and both assist rows.
TestItemRank pins an item with no rank at 0, and ranks 2 and 3.
Version: 2.4.36.
The server side is MS2Community/PrivateMaple2 global-equipment-rank-probability, opened next.
Verification
The two new tests pass. Dropping assistCondition from the selector fails the row count, 1782 against 3564.
TestItemParser and TestItemParserNew fail on this branch with counts that differ from the current data, 35323 and 0. They fail the same way on master.
I did not run the rest of Maple2.File.Tests.

New Features
Added support for reading global equipment rank probability data, including rank chances across server tables and locale-specific values.
Bug Fixes
Item ranks without an explicit rank are now represented as rank 0, while explicitly assigned ranks remain unchanged.
The server rolls the rank of a dropped item from this table when the
drop row names no grade and the item has no fixed rank. One row per
npcRank, npcLevel and assistCondition, with Rare, Elite, Excellent and
Legendary percentages. KR and CN override some npcRank 4 rows, so rows
resolve by locale on that key.

The client's CItemData starts rank at 0 and reads 0 as no fixed rank:
a dropped item with no fixed rank rolls its rank from
globalEquipmentRankProbability.xml. Defaulting to 1 made every unranked
item look like an explicit rank="1".

Walkthrough
The parser now reads global equipment rank probabilities from server XML. Item properties with no rank attribute now parse with rank zero. Tests cover item rank values and probability rows from NA and KR data.

Probability XML mapping and parsing Maple2.File.Parser/Xml/Table/Server/GlobalEquipmentRankProbability.cs, Maple2.File.Parser/ServerTableParser.cs
New XML types map the selectors and rank probabilities. ServerTableParser deserializes the server XML entry and yields its rows.
Locale parsing tests and package version Maple2.File.Tests/ServerTableParserTest.cs, Maple2.File.Parser/Maple2.File.Parser.csproj
Tests check parsed row counts and selected NA and KR values. The parser package version changes from 2.4.35 to 2.4.36.

The test loads NA and KR only. GlobalEquipmentRankProbability.cs documents CN overrides, and Filter.Load has a CN selection path. Without a CN load, a regression in CN override selection passes this test. Add a CN load with the same row-count check that the KR path uses. Add value assertions for CN override rows after their expected values are confirmed from the table data.

Extend the locale test around ParseGlobalEquipmentRankProbability to load CN
through Filter.Load and build a CN result dictionary, then assert its row count
matches the existing NA and KR checks. Add assertions for CN override values
only after confirming the expected values from the table data.
TestItemRank checks an omitted rank (0) and explicit ranks 2 and 3. It does not check explicit rank 1. Property.rank keeps an omitted rank separate from rank="1", and the default change in this PR depends on that separation. If explicit 1 were mapped to 0, rank-1 items would be read as unranked, and this test would still pass.
Add a focused deserialization test that parses a property with rank="1" and asserts the value is 1. If a verified archive item ID with an explicit rank of 1 is available, an assertion in TestItemRank can cover it instead.

Add focused coverage in TestItemRank or a dedicated deserialization test proving
that an explicit rank="1" remains 1 and is distinct from an omitted rank, which
remains 0. Use a verified archive item ID if available; otherwise parse a
