Updates the Roadrunner entry to roadrunner 0.10.4 from Hex and tightens its handler setup.
roadrunner_etag, roadrunner's conditional-request middleware: each GET/HEAD 200 gets a weakETag, and a matchingIf-None-Matchgets a 304Allowheader, instead of the catch-all serving TRACE, OPTIONS and unknown methods with 200Measured locally against the image this Dockerfile builds, with this repo's CLI: 158/159, 11 warnings, 213 tests (it was 156/159 with 39 warnings on 0.10.1). Since the last update, roadrunner answers an oversized
Content-Lengthor chunk size with 400 and an unknownExpectwith 417, which clearsMAL-CL-OVERFLOW,MAL-CHUNK-SIZE-OVERFLOWandCOMP-EXPECT-UNKNOWN. The caching and method changes clear 11 more warnings,COMP-UNKNOWN-METHODandCOMP-OPTIONS-ALLOWamong them. The one remaining failure,MAL-LONG-METHOD(roadrunner answers 501, as RFC 9112 §3 asks), passes once #160 lands.
