Review - HTTP10-DEFAULT-CLOSE

I blocked support for the HTTP/1.0 protocol on my server a couple of days ago.
And if such a request is accepted, my server responds with error 505.

The current implementation of the test is not aware of the existence of the 505 code at all.

Only these 2 tests are causing problems with my server right now:

Score: 159/161 (2 failed, 15 warnings)  54 unscored  (215 tests, 63.9s)
