[Http11ProbeClient] Maybe rewrite to Python?

It is quite possible that AI will be able to handle this task.

Why? We don't use an HttpClient though, it is raw sockets because you can't execute malformed requests with HttpClients

For ease of use, many distributions already include Python.

c# offers very good low level control on TCP reads and writes, including manual memory management but I can evaluate if it is doable in Python.

We can also build the cli as native AOT, this eliminates the need to install the .NET SDK to use it
