Purpose:
Modify the eager-connect method for Bluetooth communication with Pods:
Background
The Bluetooth connection method for Pods has undergone several revisions driven by both the increased incidence of 203 Faults for Atlas DASH Pods and the very slow connection for iPhone 16/17e with Atlas Pods.
Loop Release v3.14.7 used the first modification from keep-connected to ble-heartbeat and was associated with a reduction in 203 Faults but did not provide relief for slow Bluetooth connection for users of iPhone 16/17e with Atlas Pods.
Loop Release v3.14.8 and v3.14.9 used the second modification of eager-connect which did provide relief for slow Bluetooth connection for users of iPhone 16/17e with Atlas Pods, however, these implementations essentially kept the 16/17e+Atlas combination always connected to Bluetooth
This update should provide the improvements for all iPhones and all Pod Types.
