Update dev to 3.14.9

Purpose: Prepare for updating dev to version 3.14.9

Collect updates to dev branch in this update_dev_to_3.14.9 branch

• When ready and approved, this PR will be merged into dev as version 3.14.9

The Details section of this PR will be updated with each commit added to this PR.
Before each commit is pushed, the build is tested locally with Xcode.
Modifications to GitHub actions are tested on GitHub.

Updates of Note

• Families with more than one user of Omnipod DASH pods can now pair pods without a spurious too many pods found error
• For users of Eversense and Omnipod Pods (DASH and Omnipod 5):
  • Turns out Eversense wakes up the app with Bluetooth every minute
  • This revealed some issues with the way OmnipodKit was working that have now been fixed
  • This will reduce how much Bluetooth activity is happening for all Pods and some Pods may connect more quickly
• Eversense should be more reliable
  • There were also a couple of issues found in EversenseKit where it would stop working, and therefore looping would stop
  • These have both been fixed and included in this update
• MedtrumKit should be more reliable
• Browser Build support was updated
• Translations were updated

Details

• Bump version to 3.14.9
• LoopKit fix
  • Update a test so it succeeds regardless of time-of-day it it launched
• OmnpodKit DASH Fix
  • properly identify whether pods are available to be paired to avoid a spurious too many pods error when other DASH pods are nearby but already paired to other phones
• EversenseKit updated
  • some crash fixes, enable upload to DMS (Senseonics server) to continue while phone is locked, upload battery state, E3 alarms
• LoopKit: fix test, fix crash
• Scripts for localization
  • Modify the import scripts to work with Xcode 27 by using xcbeautify
• update Translations (1): import from lokalise, 20260925
  • MedtrumKit was updated with just the translations, additional updates will come after testing
  • OmnipodKit updates include translations plus simplify Pump Manager names to just Omnipod
    • All Omnipod Types is no longer required
• update Loop, add localization for Favorite Foods title and subheading
• Scripts for localization
  • Modify the import and export scripts to work with Xcode 27 by adding the flag: SUPPORTS_MACCATALYST=NO
• Update GitHub Actions to use Xcode 27 to support code gated on compiler(>=6.4)
• Update LoopKit, bring in all labels in Carb Entry screen for localization (specifically Time was missing)
• Update MedtrumKit:
  • report state of patch if not ready to prime
  • fix crash, detect when delivery halts
  • check patch status
  • add machine translations for new strings
• Update OmnipodKit:
  • fix the picker for Silence Pod End time
  • add localization for color of Pod tabs
• Update Loop: fix crash on phone restart, wait until files and APNS registration are available
• Fix bug noticed because Eversense transmitter Bluetooth wakes up the app every minute
  • OmnipodKit needed two fixes: fix eager-connect, when-open
    • The result of Eversense plus Omnipod before this fix was a lot of extra Bluetooth connects to pods
  • EversenseKit needs 2 fixes but only one is ready (PR 60), so go on and add the first fix, plus miscellaneous updates that were also merged to dev in the meantime
    • The outstanding fix in Eversense PR 65 will prevent another rare failure mode where you have to notice the app is not looping and do a quit/restart to begin looping again
• Paired updates to Loop and LoopKit
  • enable additional analytics from managers
  • each manager needs to have code added to take advantage of this
• Updates to GitHub Actions (Browser Build)
  • update to fastlane 2.240.1, which also fixes some security warnings
  • use xcode-27 instead of macos-26 (gets rid of "Due to capacity constraints, jobs targeting macOS arm64 runners may experience longer queue times")
  • use ubuntu-26.04 explicitly instead of ubuntu-latest (gets rid of migration warning to 26, expected to show up over the next few months)
• EversenseKit: second fix required to prevent the manager from halting looping
  • This PR 65: Fix the 365 handshake signature length and retry a failed handshake was merged and is now included in this LoopWorkspace update
• Update submodule translations: from lokalise on Sat Oct 3 09:14:39 PDT 2026
• Update Scripts to use OmnipodKit dev branch for releases
  • Initially we had main branch that did not have OmnipodKit 5 support while dev branch did
  • Now that we have Omnipod 5 support in both main and dev, it make extra work to maintain both branches
  • Continue to update the OmnipodKit dev branch with new features (as we have been doing), but stop updating the main branch before a release
    • This may change in the future, but that's the status for this release
• using updated script, picked up the fact I had not committed the translations for OmnipodKit
