View the diagnostic report before sharing or sending it - #41

Share a Diagnostic Report now opens a viewer showing the report, with a Share button for saving or sending it as a file. The developer report form gains View Diagnostic Report under Include Diagnostic Report, so the attachment can be checked before submitting.

Adds an in-app viewer for the diagnostic report in Report a Problem.
.mdfile, as before.Testing: built with the LoopWorkspace scheme; in the simulator, opened the viewer, shared a report from it, and opened it from the send form.
