Add a switch to hide the built-in activity presets - #2600

Some people will never use the Walking, Jogging, Biking and Strength Training presets and would rather not see them. A Show Activity Presets switch, in a new Options section of the Presets screen (on by default), removes them from the phone and watch preset lists. They still resolve by id, so history, the Live Activity and a preset that is already running keep their name, and reminders for scheduled activity presets are withdrawn while hidden. An empty preset list shows a large Create New Preset button in its place. While hidden, the exercise chapter of presets training is optional: its cards and the intro say so, the Walking and Jogging tips that point at the built-in presets are left out, and the closing screen notes the chapter is still in the Learning Hub. The unused ActivityPreset bullet list helpers are removed.

Several people have said they don't want to see the built-in activity presets: they won't use them, and seeing them feels like a judgement. This adds a Show Activity Presets switch (on by default) in a new Options section of the Presets screen, below Support.
Depends on LoopKit/LoopKit#664.
While hidden
