feature request: user configurable basal rate on HUD, delta vs. absolute #934

This is a feature request. The omnipod PDM UI and likely other insulin pump UI's display the current basal rate on the main screen. For a new Looper, it would be valuable to have some consistency in this interface. At least in Open loop mode, perhaps not in Closed loop mode. Also, as an added precaution, it is always useful to display the current basal rate because the basal rates in Loop may not be synced with the omnipod. For your consideration, it would be nice if this was a user configurable option for the HUD. Display delta of basal rate versus display absolute basal rate. The Looper gets to pick.
