I ran into the same issue. Running iOS 26 Beta 7 with Loop v.3.6.4.
A temporary workaround for me was to comment out the code related to hiding the button when the text field for the bolus entry is tapped on.
What I did:
Loop/Views/BolusEntryView.swift comment out lines 47-48 and 50-58
Loop/Views/ManualEntryDoseView.swift comment out lines 43-44 and 46-54.
My guess is that likely this new beta somehow doesn't report the correct height value for the keyboard leading the UI to believe that the keyboard is still in view. As a result, the button stays hidden even when value is entered for the bolus.
If it is useful I can try logging the values that are reported for state.height used for the checks.
Same issue for me. iPhone 16 Pro, loop built with Xcode. It’s currently happening on the iOS 26 beta 8 but it was happening since beta 7 at least. I can bolus the recommended amount, but if I try to change it the button disappears. Also can’t add insulin manually.

A workaround is to do manual bolus's via apple watch.

@bfeinzimer only if you are lucky enough to own one.
For me the workaround is creating a meal with a certain amount of carbs equal to the desired blous. I delete it right after the bolus is confirmed.

Good point. One frustrating thing is recording a meal but not wanting to actually bolus you need to start it and cancel it.
