Various Screen Rotation Issues in loop-dev

Some visual issues in current loop-dev (Loop 2.3.0 (57))

These seem to occur only on phones with "notches."

Wrong background color in "Therapy Settings" screen when in landscape. There extra white space on the left that should be gray space. I can only see this one on my actual device, but not in the simulator.
Rotating from portrait to landscape and back to portrait causes incorrect spacing in the "Predicted Glucose" screen
Rotating from portrait to landscape and back to portrait causes incorrect spacing in the "Carbohydrates" screen.

You can start a bolus in landscape, then switch to portrait. You cannot start a bolus in portrait and switch to landscape.

Tapping to get to the "Predicted Glucose" screen while in landscape and then rotating to portrait causes the first two forecast components to be misaligned.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity.
