Describe the bug

Insulin delivery graph shows incorrect temp basal (67u/hr) after occlusion fault during bolus.

Does not appear that insulin from temp basal error was delivered.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter carbs (45g)
2. Bolus recommended amount, begins bolus
3. Occlusion detected --> pod faults during bolus
4. See error (67.78 U/hr temp basal) -- Screenshot 1
5. After pod disconnected, no erroneous temp basal record seen

Expected behavior
Should only see bolus triangle not temp basal.
