ejml versions and follow up with exception in the CVT alignment workflow #637

This seems to be related to the versions of the ejml libs. This exception can be fixed by explicitly adding ejml-simple-0.44 with the following dependency in common-tools/clas-tracking/pom.xml:

org.ejml
ejml-simple
0.40

There is already dependency for ejml-all-0.44.0 but java doesn't find ejml-simple. There is no ejml-simple-0.44.0 in maven and no ejml-all-0.44 either.
After adding this dependency the test with recon-util passes but there is a seg fault in normal alignment workflow:
The code is in /work/clas12/users/gotra/test/dam
To reproduce this error:
cd /work/clas12/users/gotra/test/dam/alignment/clas12/scripts/generic
rm -rf plots_pass_* vars/ test.sqlite
cp -p ccdb_dev.sqlite test.sqlite
set bash environment as in env1.sh
./iterate_custom_default_5k-upd.sh >> log3.txt 2>&1
(the banks of the input hipo files are updated with this branch)
