Patch release including:

• Reuse login redirect_uri in token request #15: reuse the login redirect_uri in the token request, so signing in from a URL with a query string (e.g. ?tracker=…) no longer fails with 400 invalid_grant (closes Token exchange fails (invalid_grant) when login URL has a query string #14)
• Bind Session.authFetch so it's safe to pass by reference #12: bind Session.authFetch so it survives being passed by reference (closes Bind Session.authFetch so it's safe to pass by reference (drop-in fetch) #11)
