   Fixed in #5 / #6.

   Replaced jose entirely with the Web Crypto API (crypto.subtle), achieving the original goal of zero dependencies. The library is now a single file with no imports, no node_modules, no build step.

   jose unpacked was 257kb on top of the 18kb library. Now it's 23kb standalone (4kb gzipped) — nothing to install.

   Note: license upgraded to AGPL-3.0-or-later for social web compatibility (#3).
