Investigate failing SYCLOS workflow #1375
Description
The workflow that builds dpctl started failing in execution of the project's test suite with 65 test failures:
= 65 failed, 11212 passed, 2682 skipped, 1 deselected, 230 warnings in 283.02s (0:04:43) =
The first compiler bundle with the problem:

The last compiler bundle such that dpctl projects built with it was passing its own test suite:

This boils down to
std::isfinite(negative_zero_fp_val)returningfalseinstead of expectedtrue. The issue has been reported to the compiler, but we can perhaps work around this bug by using a custom testing function.oleksandr-pavlyk commentedon Sep 6, 2023
Note that SYCLOS has apparently fixed the underlying problem, as the workflow to build
