Support for "with" statement #1121

It would be nice to have support for the "with" statement.

{% with jobname="my_job", schedule="0 1 * * 0", deadline=300 %}
  {% include 'objects/CronJob.jinja.yml' %}
{% endwith %}

Currently you get:
Syntax error in '{% with jobname="my_job", schedule="0 1 * * 0", deadline=300 %}': Unknown tag: with
