The repository half: - roadmap: #294, #573 and #604 out of *Nothing blocks these*; they closed on 2026-09-22/23. #182 and #251 in, reopened today after close keywords in #319 and #252 shut them. #571 reads as decided by ADR-0052, and it goes when #558's swap does. - roadmap: #92 has no gate left (the stick is in hand); #444's gate is the 24HPOW, not the switch; #574 steps 0-4 are built; #414 is built by hand; #437 is not gated on the switch (ADR-0039: an OVS mirror on Saruman); #439's removal procedure already landed (#657); #534 is done (#646); ifrit is gated on the SOC as well as the domain. - hardware.md and restore-the-firewall.md: the installer stick is in hand. - stacks/sensitive/README.md: the off-estate drive is bought (#455), not undecided.
