API, Terraform, AI skill, and game-server or engine integration examples for GameFabric.
GameFabric/examples is a collection of focused implementations you can learn from and adapt. Each example will include its prerequisites, setup steps, expected results, and cleanup instructions.
Current status: repository scaffold. The four categories and contribution workflow are ready. Category READMEs describe candidate examples; runnable implementations have not been added yet.
| Area | What belongs here | Status |
|---|---|---|
| API | Authenticate, query resources, and allocate game servers | Planned |
| Terraform | Provision and configure GameFabric resources | Planned |
| AI skills | Help AI agents perform defined GameFabric tasks | Planned |
| Integrations | Integrate game servers, engines, and networking frameworks such as Photon | Planned |
Examples are organized by task within each area. Each example owns its dependencies and configuration so you can use it independently. Where one example requires resources from another, its README will link to that prerequisite explicitly.

The root README is the catalog. Each category README helps you choose an example, and each example README explains how to use it. Shared contribution guidance lives in CONTRIBUTING.md; reusable authoring, issue, and pull-request templates live in .github/.
- Use the GameFabric documentation to set up access to GameFabric.
- Choose an example from the relevant category once it is available.
- Follow that example's README, including version requirements and permissions.
- Verify the expected result and follow the cleanup steps when finished.
Examples that deploy infrastructure may consume billable capacity. Each example must explain what it creates and how to remove it. Keep credentials in local environment variables or your secret manager.
The product documentation explains platform concepts and API behavior. This repository complements it with task-oriented implementations.
See CONTRIBUTING.md and the example README template. For bugs in an example, open a repository issue with the example path, tool versions, and reproduction steps. For account or service support, use your existing GameFabric support channel.
