[Feature request] Idle timeout for keyboard backlight

I'd like to see either an option added to the BIOS or the default backlight behavior changed so that after enabling the backlight, it will fade out after some time. Then when keyboard or trackpad input is detected, the backlight fades back in at the last set brightness.

Currently the only way I know of doing this is by using a daemon on linux like keylightd, but no option is available for Windows.
