Notice: System halted after choosing Abort after #271
Kernel: 2046
I noticed by mistake after trying to acces the cdrom drive without a disk inside. Upon choosing abort, i get:
Cannot terrminate permanent FreeCOM instance
System halted ... reboot or power off now
Configuration is vanilla without fdapm running the 386+ kernel.
Same result on real hardware (DEC Celebris 5133 Pentium/133MHz, socket 7, Phoenix BIOS 4) and on PCem v17 and 86Box 6.0 build 8973 with similar configurations to realhw.
I think this is actually a FreeCOM bug and may be similar (or related) to an issue I have noticed for a long while... If running FreeCOM inside DOS Box (pick your variant) and using the DOS Box Kernel (Not the FreeDOS Kernel). When a executing a batch file, if you press a keystroke, and that keystroke is still in the buffer when the batch finishes execution, FreeCOM terminates silently. If it happened to be loaded in Permanent mode, you get stuck in a "cannot terminate" loop. However, since this weird termination does not occur under the FreeDOS kernel at all, it may be completely unrelated.
