chore(kms): bump auth-eth-bun to Bun 1.4.4 for emSign distrust - #1470

Bun 1.4.2 still accepts certificate chains from the distrusted eMudhra/emSign intermediates. Bun 1.4.4 is the first stable release whose bundled root store is NSS 3.131.1 with the affected public keys blocked, so fetch() rejects such chains with CERT_REVOKED. Move both Dockerfile stages from oven/bun:1.4.2-alpine to oven/bun:1.4.4-alpine, pinned by the multi-arch index digest, and set the release workflow's bun-version to 1.4.4 to match. Bun 1.4.4 is the first stable Bun release whose bundled root store is NSS 3.131.1 with the affected public keys blocked, so certificate chains through the distrusted eMudhra/emSign intermediate fail with CERT_REVOKED. Earlier Bun releases, including the 1.4.2 that auth-eth-bun ships with since #1452, still trust them. #1466 makes the same bump for auth-mock.

The auth-eth-bun image digest changes, so any compose that pins it needs the new image and its compose hash registered again.
