Fold the per-PR [Unreleased] entries into a 0.6.0 section, add upgrade notes and the features and hardening fixes merged since the draft, and correct the release tags now that guest OS images ship as mkosi-os-v*.

Cover what is new, the compatibility matrix, and the KMS, Gateway, VMM, app and SDK steps in upgrade order. Correct the changelog: 0.5.x and 0.6.0 Gateway nodes do not sync, admin APIs fail closed, and 0.5.x apps with key_provider_id cannot boot their image on a 0.6.0 VMM.

Put what an app must check first: pre_launch_script strict mode, GPU attestation at boot, legacy iptables, byte-exact environment variables, fail-closed env decryption, and the two changed guest API calls. Move the KMS, Gateway and VMM steps to an operator section.
