Hybrid Controls Add, Remove, Update, Set #170

It would provide greater flexibility if all controls with lists provided all the functions to add rows, delete, update, tick/untick, enable/disable rows, etc
This would make it easier to swap between (say) check box groups and switch groups and selectable lists
Code written for one control could be easily adapted for another
Also Button Groups with Toggle or Radio; Radio Groups
