I'm sorry but I don't know how I can help you.
But I will try to give an answer.
Windows isn't on the "Tested on" list because I don't have a windows system to test. If someone can help feel free to open a pull request.
Back in 2014 someone has successfully build the package on windows. Have a look at #8
